Good news for Netflix and Prime video

Netflix and Amazon Prime Video both are always been on aim for their contents. And there were also rumors that both online portals will get banned in India. There was admitted a PIL in Delhi’s high court. Delhi high court announces there a verdict on Friday. The high court has given relaxation to both Amazon and Netflix. for the last few days or months, both online portals were on target of critics. And one NGO, ‘Justice for Right’ filed a PIL against of them. In PIL, it is mention that there is no regulatory for digital streaming services, that’s why they show pornography, morally ethical and sexually explicit. According to the petitioner, ‘this is harmful to family and socially. Series like Games of Thrones and Sacred Games is the reason why Netflix and Prime Video are on target of critics.

The petitioner said in PIL, women are being used as an object in these kinds of shows. and he also asked for stopping the shows until no regulatory comes for Online videos.

It was requested by NGO to the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting (India) to make a regulatory. And the court was also asked Ministry of Information and Broadcasting to speak on this case, and ministry replied there is no need for any regulatory for online streaming shows.
